People. speak in rice & beans I dont know all the spesifications of the turbos.
So more or less I want a T03 maybe t03/t04 so more or less. (dont know if will hit the fans)
the manifold will be from the sr20 the one who move the turbo to the driver side.
I will be using 8.5:1 pistons oversize .76.
Probably runing between 14 to 20 psi evo stle intercooler.
want 250 to 300 whp top, this is my daily ride.
So basicaly. What turbo charger will be better for my nubira. I see some Garrets, but gt25* gt28* GT35** numbers is chinese to me. so please translate.

How do you calculate the optimum CR you should go for when using a certain type of petrol?
How do you know what turbo to go for once you get this info? What size etc?
Then how would you go about setting a turbo system up in a car that never had a turbo in it, as in, what do you need to do with the ecu, the fuel management etc.
Sorry if this is going a bit offtopic, it just seems we both would definatly see some justive in getting more knowledge about this. I know the workings of a turbo, but it doesnt go beyond this lol, would love to know how to go about building a turbo motor from an N/A.

well how to make the complete turbo now for me is not a science. I ask for the turbo because:
*Get the best performance of it
*Know what will fit in the engine bay w/o mods (fans and radiator)
*prevent as much as possible turbo lag
*Most important know what to buy in my range of money and specs
Here we have excellent projects. And if we take each one, none of them are the same. Every specs is totally different. Most of us use the car as a daily day car but. The long term top performance between each one is not the same.
My expectations a year ago for my car are not the same now. I talk with Tom, Garret and some others in the forum. I get good guide here. But now I know that I want a little more. So I need and update in this. Probably wit a t03 I will be fine but want to know.
