Piston and engine question.

If I start my turbo project directly with the engine. Because I need to make the tune up already to the engine. So I ask.

I will use 8.5 compression pistons oversize .75. And for now I will change Tensor, belt, rollers, oil pump, water, pump, gaskets and Spark plugs.

I know I will loose HP until I put the turbo. Can I have any other problem or the car will be fine until the turbo?
