hey guys my name is hernando i am from colombia , i have a daewoo nexia 1.5L 8v, a few months ago start my turbo project, finally i finish geting good results........... i get 234 hp sae 1.38
turbo garret gt25r
HKS bov
CX racing intercooler
Mega squirt 1 extra programable ecu
denso injectors 330cc
clutch stage 3
fuel regulator
spark plugs 8.8 mm
Nice job mate. I am just worrying a bit about the spark plug wires being so close to the red-hot exhaust manifold. In my opinion, some sort of a heat shield would fix the problem.

Top job otherwise!
as far i remember dont do the stock ones come with a heat shield?

i am shocked also, how can u raise the boost up to 18psi on the stock internals, what is the compression ratio for this engine stock?

the 1.5L 8V stock Nexia is only 8.5:1 compression?? if the compression is 8.5:1 then yeah he can run on 18psi and even can run up to 22psi or 25psi of boost, but i dont think at all the 1.5L 8V is 8.5:1 compression unless he changed the pistons to a deeper dish pistons

yeap the compression ratio of my engine is 8.6.1, the internals are stock and i can run at 18 psi without problems, now i need to run with slicks...........
