How good and durable are the lanos 1.6 throttle bodies?

RRM Turbo Kit
VRS 3" Exhaust with a MeganRacing Carbon Fiber muffler.

I have a spare, they're pretty tough. The only thing on them that is suspect is that stupid plastic throttle rotor. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO USE PLASTIC! GRR
I couldn't get it powdercoated because of that.

your engine can get alot more air when that is installed (if you use cai or ram) ...cuase it gets more air you can up the the gas flow and get more power.

Btw. a spare? as in you want to sell it? i still want one :)

it is used. I'm not sure how many miles were on it when it was given to me. I was going to use it to do a port and polish on it but ended up doing the original one since I had some downtime with my car.

Here's the prices:

THROTTLE BODY, Lanos $161.58USD
Used:(lowest price on www.car-parts.com)
Throttle Body, Lanos $45USD

So how about $30 plus shipping.

ow? hold on you mean a original one? i though you ment one from intimidator as in a big bore one?....

i got a standerd i want a big bore car needs more air :D

I think shaun Mistook this as the OEM throttle bodies not the intimidator. Sorry Shaun and Wolf, i was asking about the Intimidator ones.

but tbh stock ones dont have a plastic throttle rotor do they? well mine is metal
