what size of engine, power plans and budge you got??
try to understand that a turbo project got lots and lots of variables and most if not all of them depends on your preferences, budget as well as the car you are working on.
i you may not know alot about turbos and you are seeking info but you got to familiarize yourself a bit more with turbos as well as the woos and you will find answers to 80% of your answers... the remaning 20% will be more like other people's experiance with some aspects on the project that you can't just aquire over night so this is where you go to get help.
i once thought that turbos are horrable devices that are a PITA and the blow engines... now i know better and personally thinking of a project of my own... if i were you i'd read all the topics and posts in this section then put a plan for my car and ask the guys what they think about it rather than asking them to make you a plan.

Turbo a T3 .42cold .48hot (+ or - 180hp @ 14.7psi)
Turbo manifold ... Log if in a budget, with $3000 get a custom made turbo header
450cc injectors would be fine
Fuel pump, you can max the OEM bump or upgrade to a 255lph
Intercooler for 180hp ... a 28x6x2.5 is Ok

im thinking of doing a turbo too. I talked to people and the say you need turbo pistons and bearings, to make the motor stay alive do to boost. they say for my lanos motor, in stock up to 6psi and you can do alot of k on it. i dont have the 1.6 it a 2.2 in it. the guys i talk to say for a 2.2 H22 civic motor 8psi cant do alot of k in stock shape.
i like to go on boost but i like to go up to 100,000k in it. help me too, i dont no if its right what they say.
