your translation is a bit off, but what i think you are saying is that the opel "C20" motors are the same as the 2,0 found in the nubira. this is true, they are from the same platform but the leganza 2,2 is slightly different in the rotating assembly, the 2,2 is much bigger.

There are a lot of similarities. My US Nubira has T20SED, Nubiras in Poland have X20SED. There is one big difference: T-means OBD-II interface and X means conform European standard. They have ALDL interface. T has EGR and 2 oxygen sensors. X has only 1 O2 sensor.
There are a lot of similarities with Opel Vectra X20XEV. Eg. I have timing belt for Vectra. I am not quite sure what is the difference. X and S means different compression, and last "D" stands for Daewoo version. Probably all of them are manufactured by Holden.

Mechanically, T20SED / X20SED are nearly identical to the X20XEV found in Calibra, Vectra etc. And yes, the engine management is different between US-spec and Euro-spec motors (for example, X20XEV uses MAF, where as T20SED uses MAP). I believe comp ratio is higher in europe (lucky bustards ;)

Calibras came with:

C20NE, C20XE, C20LET, X20XEV, X16XE, etc....

C20NE is 2.0 8V with 115HP 9.5:1
C20XE is 2.0 16V with 150HP 10.5:1
C20LET is turbo with 200HP 9:1
X20XEV is 2.0 16V ecotec with 136HP 10.5:1 restrected head
T20SED is 2.0 16V d-tec with 126HP 10:1

Last 2 engines are restrected C20XE engines, restrected because euro norms, or ecology...

for the T20SED you mean 128 at the wheels? Will that make a car at least fun to drive?

I have T20SED with AT. In my opinion it is fun to drive it unless you are thinking about racing. When I was driving in US, one of my colleagues preferred to drive with other one with bad driving history (accidents every 6 months, total probably 11 accidents), then with me (17 years with no accidents). So even I am not a racer and I Nubira is not a racing car, it was enough to scary him

My colleague in Poland has added Turbo to X20SED (133hp) in Nubira and when checked real performance it was 260hp and 348Nm. Here is the chart:

Ohhhh... And I see above that in 2 different posts the comp ratio for the T20SED is changed... One says it is 10:1 and the other says 9.5:1.

Which is it? I need to know ASAP.

Thank you sir!

And.. the T20SED can run off of regular gas stock? 10:1 and more needs higher octane right?
