I just found this really cool program that calculates your horsepower depending on boost pressure of your turbo, check it out its actually very handy. It also has stuff to determine which turbo you should install for your engine etc...

I've determined if i can get a 15psi boost at 6500rpms on my 1.6 aveo it'll kick out over 200hp on a cold day
