There are many different versions of the T3..... dozens in fact.
To start with.... measure the diameter of the wheel at the bottom and at the top of the blades.... that will partially narrow it down.
In fact you might be best to take a picture of it as well.

Did you buy the Turbo from a supplier or was it from a wrecked car or a friend?
Is it new or used?
Is there any shaft play ( hold the bolt on one end.... lift up and down... and then push in and out )
Is it ball bearing or journal bearing?
If you got it from EBAY then there should have been specifications for the trim of the T3 ( 60 trim is very common... so is super 60 )
The next problem is that the entire assembly is usually balanced... replacing the turbine wheel might be fine..... but it's possible that it might just end up destroying itself again if it's out of balance.

.63 A/R Turbine

Can you give me a number more or less to repair it, or will be better to just get a new one.
And what could be the problem that make this?

How much did you pay for it?
Was it an "ebay" turbo?
Did you try contacting the company you bought it from to see if they will replace it ?
It shouldn't be too much to replace the turbine wheel... but I would suggest getting a "brand name" like Garrett if you can find a suitable replacement.
