1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
2. To preserve wheel balance, mark the relative positions of the wheel and the hub, and remove the front wheel.
3. Remove the brakes oil reservoir cap.
4. Push the piston inward with a big flat tip screwdriver, make sure the screw driver leans on the outside of the pad and the inside of the ventlaton port on the caliper.
5. Remove both caliper mounting 14mm bolts.
6. pull the caliper to the front to free it from its bracket.
7. Remove the brake pads (recommended to replace pads with rotor replacment).
8. remove the two 10mm Alan bolts holding the caliper bracket.
9. remove the retaning screw that is holding the rotor in place, they might be stuck so a few bangs with a hammer will make them lose.
10. remove the rotor off the hub.
11. clean the hub surface from all dirt or rust.
12. install new rotor and put back the retaning screw.
13. take off the two caliper benz from the caliper bracket, clean them from old grease, regrease them with caliper grease only and put them back in the bracket.
14. reinstall the caliper bracket using the two 10mm Alan bolts.
15. Install the brake pads (recommended to replace pads with rotor replacment).
15. reinstall the caliper, make sure it alligns with the benz then fasten the two 14mm bolts.
15. Align the marks that were made before the wheel removal and install the front wheel.
16. Put the brakes oil cap back on the reservoir.
17. Pump the brakes pedal a few times before driving the car... this will let the piston sit in the correct location in relation to the pads.
18. allow fair time for rotor/pads bedding... refer to rotor manufacturer instructions.
