1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
2. To preserve wheel balance, mark the relative positions of the wheel and the hub, and remove the front wheel.
3. Remove the brakes oil reservoir cap.
4. Push the piston inward with a big flat tip screwdriver.
5. Remove the lower caliper mounting 14mm bolt.
6. Pivot the caliper upward.
7. Remove the old brake pads.
8. Install the new brake pads.
9. Push the caliper towards the car to get it out of its bracket, don't leave it hanging from the brakes hose.
10. Clean the upper caliper benz (which is still attached to the caliper) from old grease and regrease it, only use caliper grease to do that.
11. Remount the caliper using the upper benz only.
12. Take off the lower caliper benz from the bracket and clean it from old grease and regrease it, only use caliper grease to do that.
13. Place the benz in the bracket as it used to be.
14. Pivot the caliper downward.
15. Secure the cliper with the lower bolt, Tighten the caliper-mounting bolt to 20 ft. lbs.
15. Align the marks that were made before the wheel removal and install the front wheel.
16. Put the brakes oil cap back on the reservoir.
17. Pump the brakes pedal a few times before driving the car... this will let the piston sit in the correct location in relation to the pads.
