Turn car to ON (Not START)
Apply handbrake
Pull lever all the way back (To 1 I assume)
Screw at base of lever now visible
Unscrew
Pull up on lever
Disconnect power switch (Unless your new shifter has a power switch, the old one will have to be relocated or you will lose use of it.
Install new shifter.
