Are you looking for a motor to be rebuild, or a rebuild unit? I have sent such motor to sweden few years back, back then the price to ship it was about CAD $500 (about 330 EUR). For ready, rebuild with uprated parts and larger turbo, you would be realistically looking at about CAD $3800 - $4500 + shipping.
