If anyone lives near kingsport tn and has a riding mower that they'll sell for 100 or less let me know...other options would be go carts, wrecked cars that still run etc...I need something that moves under it's own power because I've been drafted to build a float for the christmas parade and I want it to be something no one else has done before.
