I ended up saving a fair bit. About 30-35% of the price i was quoted by a shop to do less work with much worse quality/smaller parts. The trade off was that I had to research (i have to plug Maximum Boost by Corky Bell - amazingly informative/no nonesense book for someone wanting to get build a non-race (or even a race :)) turbo setup) and organise stuff myself which took up my time but i enjoy doing this sort of work and its a hobby anyway so...

I only have one picture of the turbo mounted up without charge pipes from underneath but i dont want to post it since the oil return line is running very badly there  (read pushing HEAPS uphill) Its still running a little uphill but its working perfectly and ive been assurred that it will be fine since its not THAT much uphill and the diameter of the oil return tube is twice the size of the feed so its all good.

The engine looks sleeper but the rest of the car doesnt so much 8) Thanks for the kind words - my objectives have been met!

Im trying to get time off work so i can get some dyno time and post some numbers. I wasnt trying for X horsepower out of the engine, just to give it a bit more go, so its been low on my priorities up until this point.

You have to post 1/4 mile time and Dyno Results from the proyect.

It looks great. Yea like stock

BTW if you dont get the result of time and HP youll be loosing your time.

It's custom, isn't it? So I won't be able to buy it as a package?

woo_sleeper, very good questions! Maybe in the close future we may have an article: How to turbo Daewoo! :) But I'm still angry because I don't see a turbo Daewoo runing! Many people say that I have turbo on my Daewoo but no one wants to make a movie! :( For me is a dream to see some movies with turbo Daewoo.
