Daewoo Lanos - Lansowoz
Hello!
That's my first post on this forum so first - hi everybody
I'm happy Daewoo Lanos owner from hmm... 3 months. That was my father's car, but he bought a new car so Lanos is mine. That's 1999 1,5 DOHC 16V, 5d hatchback Lanos, with one airbag.
Modifications:
Engine:
- K&N air filter (input)
- engine cover painted in green colour
- N1 style muffler
Inside:
- Sony Xplode series radio
Outside:
- Borbet BS 16x7,5" rimms with 205/45 front and 215/40 rear tires
- Lanos Sport bumpers and spoiler
Suspension:
- front Sachs, rear Kayaba shocks
- Lowtec -35mm springs
My plans for this car? C20XE engine (2.0 16V 150KM), and mayby turbo in future. I also want to do some things on exterior.
That how Lanos looked stock, when my father was driving it:
And now Lanos looks that:
Sorry for my bad English language!

Looks good! It's very clean tuning and the damn thing looks brand new!
16x7.5? Do you know the offset of those wheels? any rubbing issues?
I've been trying to get decent info on anyone with 7.5" wide wheels on a lowered lanos. I really, really want 7.5" wide and would love to attempt a 225mm while lowering it allot. By the looks of your car it looks very possible, may have to roll the fenders but that's easy. Those wheels fit perfectly as far as offset/width goes.

Awesome. What wheels are they?Bloody wrote:The offset of those wheels is 35 Rubbing isues? Yes, if i take 3 or more persons in my car, rear wheels hit the rear bumper on the holes. If i take 4 persons, they hit the rear fenders. But i have to roll them soon, so that should be fine.
I'm not having ANY luck finding lightweight 16x7.5 wheels under $320ea

Can you give me any good websites outside of North America that have a large selection of performance wheels? I've bought many sets of wheels and am really good at finding them but have come to the conclusion that North America just doesn't have what I'm looking for.
