nexia from holland has got more power

well it is the airintake and injectors of a nubira 1.6 16valve
the airintake is variable, for low rpm is it a long way for the air to get into the cilinder, and for above 4,500 rpm it opens a valve and the way is al lot shorter sow the air is faster in the cilinder.
the injectors are bigger the the original nexia 1.5 injectors, and that meens more feuel.
and togeter whit the air intake ik gives me morge power .
it is a world of difrent, on acceleration it is a lot faster, and if the valve opens it keeps on going.
iwant to go on a dyno to look howmuch HP it has now .

It serieus feels like 10 extra hp, but becouse Im not sure I wana put it an a dyno then I now it for sure.AcingTeam wrote:I'm guessing you got 3 more HP

edit: I beleve my headgaskit is dead, if I open de cap of the coolingfleuid is there alot of presure on it.
`m gonna test it tomorro and then Ill se what happens.

Hey Bro you have got nice pics posted and tell you what the max gains you want from you car will come if you install a 4-2-1 header configuration which roughly means 10-15bhp more power so you can get into a range of 115 bhp for you car which will be a dramatic increase in power also go for ram air or cold air intake

Ive made a cold air intake yesterday.
but because my headgasket and krankshaft bearings are dead, Im gonna switch engine monday.
I already have a engine which only drove 50.000km and has`nt run for 2 years, so the first time I need to drive a bit carefull.
mabay later I put a 4-2-1 exaust on it.
Now, with that engine not running for 2 years, some of the gaskets may have dry rotted, you never know, so check the gaskets and yes, be careful of the engine.

new update,
last monday I ve begon with taking out the old engine so I could start with the rebulding of the new engine.
things I needed from the old engine where:
air intake
exaust pipe
ingnition
injector rail with injectors ( the nubira one)
gearbox and cluch
thermostat
the distribution and waterpump (are only 1,5 years old so asgood as new)
so I removed those parts, but before I ve placed them on the new engine I ve cleand them becouse there was oli allover the place.
on the new engine I didn`t trust som of the gaskits so I replaced them
camshaft
ignition
thermostate gaskit
intake gaskit
exaust gaskit
egr (exaust recirculation) I didnt need, becouse on the old engine I did`nt had it.
waterpump gaskit
and becouse Ive cleand all the parts it was alot of work.
monday I was buzzy from 8 o clock in the morning till 8 o clock in the evening.
Tuesday from 1 o clock midday till 8 o clock in the evening.
things I still have tho do are:
putting the plugs on the correct place
connecting the water hoses from cooler to engine and fill it up
re full the power steering
new oil and filter
connect the air hose ( with cold air intake )
place the driving shafts
place the exaust pipe
so I`n not finished yet, but the most has done.
so far I dont have any pic , completely forgotten.
but tomorrow I will take some of the clean engine

This is 1.6 16V engine? Something older than A16DM? A16DM has that inlet stock...
