is it really turbo, as woudl it not blow the air box apart?
i would lose the wing, either non or high mount, but love the rear bar extesions...i prob asked before, where r these located?

The rear bumper pods are from Silins, part of the Evo-I kit - you can probably still get them thru http://www.newgel.com.au. The Twing and side skirts are part of that kit too.
The wing is totally different to everything else available - every Honda and Mitsu has high mount wings - the mid mount is unique, and for me thats what its all about! Id hate to just fade in with the rest of the traffic...

sweet looking woo man!!! hey is your front bumper really thin? b/c thats the only trouble i had with mine. hell your kit just looks like it fit better b/c i had to sand down the edges on the front of mine to get it to fit right b/c of the impact beam. oh and where do ya'll get those bars from? i want some so my bumper has some support plus it looks awesome.

Yes - the Heat bar is quite thin. My panel beater spent alot of time sanding and fitting the bar. The rods in the centre of the bar are aluminium. They were an $80AU option when i bought the bar, and I almost got them but found the hollow aluminium bar at the local hardware store and got two 1m lengths for $6AU - just not mirror finish. So i had some metal polish and shined them upto mirror and got them liquid nailed in - saved money there. It does aid in the rigidity and looks really trick - not like the typical EVO and Veilside fronts that just have mesh.
The angled exhaust is good - it needs to be redone though because with the weight of the down pipe its moved it off centre - plus its crush bend and i need a good reason to redo it with mandrel
Ill see if i can arrange a video.........
For the long stories of the 'project':

Short Version - TD04 and 6psi - which for most people = they're not expectin to be served by a Daewoo.

hey dude i no ur on teamlanos, im a member there and i followed ur build up story on here, im serious about gettin a td04 as well and i no that u practically did everything possible urself, i put everything on my car cept for exhasust, and basically all i wanna no is...... in a while, endish of summer i should be all set with parts, are u willing to help out a fellow team member.......in terms of helpin me install it. i no it took u a while but was that doin it by urself?
car is coming along ever so slowly, gotta stop getting my funds of the government
I should be able to help you out no worries.
The hard part is not installing it - thats easy. The hard part is sourcing all the parts - especially finding workshops to make the custom ones!
I'd really recommend putting some time into getting the right turbo (right used quality, with banjo water fittings included). Atleast you know the TD04 from WRX's fit already space wise, so the hard work is done for you :P
Then finding a workshop that can do aluminimum welding for the sump and the fuel pressure regulator fittings can be a pain since its specialised...
Its going to be worth taking your turbo and intercooler to your exhaust shop and getting them to trial mount the turbo and intercooler themselves when they make the exhaust/charge pipes. Since your on the Central Coast it will be WELL worth the drive to Liverpool Exhaust to get them to do it. I cant sing enough praises for these guys.... absolute champs and one of the only workshops who would touch the project and didnt laugh when I said I was turboing the Lanos.
PM me your MSN and ill add you.
