Nexia 2.0 16v project

This is my project car that was been bought in 2010. It had a stock 1.5 16v Engine (i believe code was A15MF). Sorry on my bad english
Since i bought it changes that i made on car are:
Engine:
C20XE (2.0 16v Opel Astra MK2)
GM KS700 Head- ported and polished
Injectors are From SAAB turbo. i believe 214cc/2.5bar
Fuel pressure regulator is 3.0 bar
SFI Box is removed and made a custom intake
flywhell is 7.5kg
EDS phase 2 chip
Walbro Gss-342 fuel pump,Rated for 550hp
Gearbox is D16 cr3.94 ratio, 205km/h max

Brakes:
Front 256mm ventilated and drilled
Rear 261mm driled

Suspension:
Eibach Pro kit springs Front -60mm / Rear -40mm
Kayaba Excel-G shock absorbers
Rear suspension bridge was removed and fitted from Opel Astra Mk2

Wheels:
Artec(I dont know exact name)

Tyres:
Toyo Proxes T1R 195/50/15

Other:
Seats are Recaro from Opel Vectra 2000
Front dashboard is fitted from Opel Astra MK3 with custom fitted gauges for Oil press./oil Temp./Watertemp.

One more engine is on my assembly line, this one , when finished, will replace my C20XE
It will be Turbo powered 20XE engine , with VEMS Stand alone electronics
Specs are:
20XE block (from a 156hp model)
20XE Forged Pistons Mahle 86P
20XE connecting rods
20XE Cranckshaft 1.5kg (15.5kg) easier from C20XE one (17kg)
C20XE Flywheel 7.5kg
Goetze piston links
Mahle main and fly bearings
Engine Head GM KS 700

Recently I bought A Walbro Gss-342 high pressure fuel pump,because in 3rd gear at full throttle i wasnt able to realize full power of that engine. And this fuel pump is agreat thing to buy.







For All that power that we are planing to realize in other engine its good to prepare brakes that can handle that power.For only 50$ i bought Opel Vectra B front Brake 288mm calipers



I realize that they need a repairing and little cleaning and painting. But they will work great on a car that weights little less then 1000 kg
Frend of mine was able to get me this turbo for a cheap price.
Its a KKK K26 0.48AR

Little practicing with trying to polish a little my turbine housing.I know is nothing too much, butit is clean now later i will polish my fuel rail and put a photo





Starting to do some head work, I know it will took me a hours and hours to make it right.





Finded a way to clean valves





After all Hard work on valves, i founded that my all inlet valves are not right, so i have to buy new ones.

I was reading your project form begining. Awsome project. Do you maybe have Facebook account or something.. i have a lot of questions

I founded F20 Gearbox with WR 3.55 ratio.. it will be great for turbo engine.
Completly cleaned and sprayed

Last days I was working on head. I finaly get 8 inlet valves that I was missing.Done with polishing valve seats.



I hope so that engine will be assambled soon

Are you going turbo with the XE pistons?

Arent they a bit too high compresion for a turbo engine? 10.5:1?
