is it a rrfpr? also is this what is needed to do the "easy fuel filter" mod?

No it's not a rising rate model. It is regular adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Not sure what this "easy Fuel Filter" mod is.

its where the fuel filter setup is replaced with an a n fitting fuel filter, so wheren you have to change it its very easy. but since this si not a rrfpr ill have to pass on it, if i need a new fpr its gonna be due to turbo, but thats in the future. thanks shaun

That's ok. This is a good mod for anyone who wants a better FPR or needs to be able to have the ability to adjust it. Not to mention it looks pretty sweet under the hood.
