I gave you a hard time before..... but at this point I don't blame you.

Did you get information on his address and phone number?

If you have any info please PM me anything you've found.

I'm getting somewhat annoyed with the situation.... he still hasn't been online since March 9th.... and I haven't got any email updates lately.

If he got hit by a bus.... well... I'll let the money go.

But if he a con man..... well..... he will be found even if it costs me five times what he owes me.

I hope for his sake that he's simply been too busy or too sick to come online.

We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $8.30 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.

I dont want to call the wolfs out of the woods, but paypal screwed me like this while back....verdict was in my favour, but never got any money back (US 300) due to lack of funds. I hope you'll get your money back. From that moment forth, I paid everything off eBay with a credit card. If item did not arrive (happened once), all it took was a call to the credit card company and reversal of the charges.

I'm going to give this a little bit longer before I do anything about it..... so hopefully he pops back onto our forum and has some sort of explaination as to why he's been gone for nearly two months.

Or you could just ring the phone numbers you have instead of trying to make yourself look like a gangster!

If he was dead.... no problem I'd forget about the money ..... if he had a good excuse no problem.... if he was playing me for a fool and stealing my money .... well that's a different story.

I defended Kenny for a long time.... I even offered to pay slammed back his money..... I was most certainly giving Kenny the benefit of doubt in this case.

I'm not a gangster.... but I know a few people that know a few people.... that's all I will say.
