Hello everyone,
I ended up buying another car and now I have the lanos sitting, I didn't want to trade it in and now I should have cause its not being used anyways. Its a 1999 Daewoo Lanos S that has 141K miles on it and runs strong,( 5speed) just needs new fuel injectors and will run brand new. A new timing belt was put on at 101K miles. Its got 17in rims with low profile tires(100% tread), powered sunroof, keyless, remote, tinted windows, sharkracing strut bar, eyebrows ( need put on), 2 12in subs with 460 watt amp, XM Sat. radio (monthly) Factory CD/Cass. The color is green, 2 door hatchback. There is no A/C, didn't come with the car at purchase or factory. I guess thats kinda good, more gas miles and doesn't bog the engine down. I live in Akron/Canton area of Ohio Zip 44718. I'll try to get some pictures up asap. Asking $2500 Firm. If interested email me at THurless83@aol.com.

Hmmm.... I'm interested.... and your not too far from the Canadian border..... any chance you would be able to drive up to Buffalo/Niagara Falls???
How quick do you need to get rid of it?
I'm coming down to Toronto sometime in the next couple of months.... instead of renting a car for my business trip... I could buy yours... drive it around Ontario/Quebec and then drive it home to Alberta when I'm done.
I have no problem paying for some or all of it.... and I could throw in some extra money for meeting me at the border.
It's only $200 one way to fly to Buffalo.... I think that's cheaper than flying to Toronto!

what dates r u planning on being there? Another is I know the car will make the trip no problem, like I say its a strong engine and transmission, except the fuel injectors that make the car strudder at take off, I know this for sure %100 from me replacing everything. Email me at THurless83@aol.com, I think I might be able to work something out with you. Thats $2k USD to confirm, at a firm price.

Well.... I don't really know.... I have to wait until roughly March 15th before I can make the trip down east ( due to people going on holidays in Feb/March)
I suppose I could just fly down on the weekend and meet up with you at the border on a Saturday afternoon sometime in the near future.
Are the tires suitable for winter driving??
In mid march I'm sure it will be warm enough that I won't have to worry about major snowstorms.... but this time of year could be questionable.... and it's a really long trip from Toronto to Edmonton ( roughly 34 hours of driving )
I guess it really depends on how quick you need to get it out of your driveway.
