T20/T22 turbo manifold

Post by pontiacjeff »

I built this turbo manifold for my T20 head swap onto the older C20GET turbo. This will fit any daewoo head (I think even the 1.5) or Euro-Asian Z20/Ecotec 1.8/2.0/2.2. It has a 1/2"-thick flanges, Schedule 40 steel tubing. it has a T25/T28 outlet flange or you can mount a T3 with an adapter plate. It has been stress-relieved, surfaced, and run for about 5K miles. I am only selling b/c I am upgrading to a tubular header manifold. It is real nice custom manifold. 250.00obo. Serious inquiries only. Pics available by e-mail.

I don't think this will fit a 1.5 or 1.6L head.

No, I think they are different. Actually, I think the 1.6DOHC might be the same. You can ask any parts counter for the exhaust manifold gasket part number and see if the 1.5/1.6/1.8 will interchange with the 2.0/2.2.

couldnt you just cut the 1.6 header flanges off and adapt them to the turbo manifold
