A/C and Alt Belts... 1.6 Lanos

R&R passenger front wheel, inner fender liner... replace belts.

About how long?? And is there a belt tensioner? Tools needed?? How taut? I didn't see a DIY in the How to area.

1- i replace mine every 40k kms (25k miles)
2- their is a tensioner for the A/C belt but the alternator belt is tensioned by tilting the alternator itself
3- 10mm, 14mm, 7mm and a big,long screw driver to tilt the aternator
4- How taut??
5- go to the timing belt replacment post... it starts with removing both belts.
