Timing Belt

hi all i am going to have my Timing Belt change at a garage will they allso do tensioner and the water pump with out asking?i do not know any tink about car s but have read on here people sayin you should change them when doing the timing belt,is the essenial to do?? and does any one have a idea how my this would set me back i was told it would cost me £70 pluss vat for the timimg belt to be change.i have a daewoo lanos 1.4

Here in Belgium public price depending of brand for such ditribution kit (belt + tensioner) is from €45 to €88.
Water pump is from €64 to €102.
So I think £70 is for the kit only.
Why not asking your garage?
