2 screws and an electrical connector. Shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

It's on the throttle body.

It's the same size screw and right close by even. Not a hard job at all.

Erratic or wrong idle speed.

RPMs will go up at idle and won't go down to normal.

the reason i asked is i am also having an idle prob.
but it occurs intermittently.
when it occurs, the rpm fluctuates from about 700 to a little higher than 1000.
i already cleaned the IACV, but the prob persists.

other things i observed:
-with the aircon turned off at engine start, after a short while my cooling fans are switching on (and off) even though engine is still cold (few minutes after start, needle on 1st line in the temp gauge)
-when i turn on the aircon, the compressor is switching on and off by itself erratically ( i hear it clicking on and off like crazy)

and from this "situation", when i turn off the engine and start it gain, the rpm will quickly jump to 3000 then back to about 1000

i hope you guys can give inputs

thanks:)
