I just had my timing belt replaced over a week ago along with all the related items, water pump, tensioner, new belts all around. Took a small road trip to orlando and the cel blinked the whole way. Before the timing belt repacement it would blink on the way there for a minute at most and the same on the way back. I know all about the misfire on cyl #1 thing. So got it on some ramps everything looked ok pulled out the crank position sensor cleaned it off had some oil and crud on it. Didn't fix the problem so can the crank pulley be put on wrong? Is there a key it slides on to keep it where it's supposed to be i'm assuming it's where it's supposed to be doesn't wobble when the car is running. anyhelp is appreciated.
How do you get the crank pulley off just incase i need to take it off and have a look at things?

I was reading the how to on the timing belt replacement and the part of re-installing the crank pulley kinda concerned me because i'm sure they probably just used an impact wrench here's the steps and maybe someone could chime in and tell me if this would cause a problem or not. here's the steps.
15.Install the crankshaft pulley.
16.Install the crankshaft pulley bolt. Tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.) using a torque wrench. Using the angular torque gauge KM-470-13, tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt30 degrees plus 15 degrees.
I have used torque wrenches a lot but never an angular torque gauge maybe someone could school me on how to use one because it looks like i'm gonna pull the pulley and clean it and check for any damaged teeth and re-install it the right way.
