AVEO HELP ME PLEASE !!

Just bought an Aveo want to spice it up a little kinda rough to find parts ... anyone have any ideas where to go ? I am currently looking for bolt on's but soon to be turbo ect... ect ... thanks ...

you won't find hardly any bolt ons for the car....most stuff will have to be custom made...of course you could waist $200 on a short ram intake which would be equivalent to just putting a cone filter on the end....there are civic CAI kits that can be modified to fit the aveo, like the one i have and make.....i dont know what else you would want

I haven't been able to find a strut tower bar ... or larger throttle bodies or anything like that either ... i have a neon that's a drag car ... and i've been able to find parts so easily ... i guess i should treat this as an eco car ... thanks for the help on the cai though ...

+1....cant believe i forgot that...yea strut bars are fairly easy to make yourself if you can weld...i have one on my aveo that i custom made.....also plan to do one for the back which is kind of harder because you cant access the top of the strut without cutting away some metal...if you want to build your aveo you might want to look into getting a metal throttle body to replace the plastic one but it too will have to be custom....a couple of options would be to raise the compression ratio to 10.5 and get better cams for that setup and you could get 140+....or you could slap a turbo on and run 6-9 psi and get higher than 140...the latter of the two is what I will be doing for now to get some kick into the car
