Did you ever changed baterry Terminals?
Is they look like Corrded? That is one common cause of non starting cars.
Try First Pulling Out the battery terminals an clean and brush/Sand them also the baterry Poles.
First the low budget thigs...

If you turn the ignition and not even the dashboard lights come on then you may have an issue with your ignition relay or a bad battery connection. If you have the dashboard lights and there is no turning over then your problem may be the starter motor solenoid as M suggested.

If your cables are corroded, it's like a 3$ fix (as long as they're not horrible...) what i do is baking soda and water to get the corrosion off, dry them, then i scrub them with a wire brush tool i bought at an auto store for the terminals and posts, brushed them with the steel brush, and then put them back on, it only takes about 10 minutes... But it made all the difference in my car starting...

also guys a low cost solution for no more corrosion is putting some pancake syrup on the exposed metal for the battery and cables... it stops the corrosion and dries to keep it sealed... kinda messy but it does the job... Wouldn't suggest it for people who don't want to deal with a sticky situation when disconnecting the battery a lot...

The most known remedy and the best for this issue is Vaseline (petroleum jelly).
