Knock Sensor problem

Post by hyjosuca »

hello I'm new in here I got a Daewoo Lanos 2000
I took my car to check OBD because I just got out the shop and I got the ABS,OIL and Engine lights on.
The mechanic told me that oil level is good.
Well to make this short I'm showing COde P0325
A problem with the knock sensor.
My question do I need to buy a new knock sensor or there's a way to fix this problem

Thanks

Only things I know about them is....

If they are fitting badly, ie rust or something between block and sensor. And another is over torqued fixing bolt will distort the sensor.... or just broken wires!

You have to fix them to the block correctly torqued, or I know they crap out on you.

Knock sensor is a piezo-electric device. Ohm value is near infinite.
