O2 sensor fix

Post by BCC423 »

i decided to bore out my cat, i did the 2nd one a long time ago, i did the first one the other day, well, i was going to the spark plug non fouler thing, but i got sick of drilling(had a dull bit) but i just took some pliers and closed the louvers on the o2 sensor itself then reinstalled it, i have over 1000 miles on it now and no cel!! i thought id share that with everyone

when i gutted the 2nd cat, i cut it open, pried it open like a lid, took out the catalyst, then welded it shut, but the welds leaked b/c it was dark when i was doin it and it sounded metallic, so i just replaced the 2nd cat with a glasspack muffler
