Optra/forenza 2.0L
How much power can we get out of a new gen 2.0 so far with the U/D pulley, CAI, and header. I'm thinking of dropping in a 2.0 in the Aveo this winter. any of you Optra/forenza guys know what Delphi ECM you have. I wonder if they are the same as the aveo, and just programed alitlle different? or I guess I could just swap out the ecm. I'm sure all the pin connectors go to the same areas of the car.
Aveo that moves! Now I need those cams!

Well.... I'm making something like 126WHP so that's somewhere in the range of 150hp at the crank.Brian5475E wrote:How much power can we get out of a new gen 2.0 so far with the U/D pulley, CAI, and header.
I have the U/D pulley, CAI and a 2.5" mandrel Stainless Cat back exhaust with a Magnaflow stainless muffler.
The headers would help a little but the biggest exhaust restriction is the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter.
The back end of the rear resonator is something like 1.5" !!!!
If you dig around on the 360Dynamics section of this board you should find my dyno graphs.
