lanos wont start

hello, I have a question about my 2001 lanos. today I went to start it and it would turn over but not fire. after I realized it wasnt going to start I turned the key off, and then back to the run position and noticed the check engine light would not come on. after further inspection it was noticed that the fuel pump is not running either. could this mean that my competer has possibly gone bad. all fuses checked out good. I tried reseting the computer, but CEL will not come on in the run position.

its your fuel pump or relay

fuses are OK then check the relays, they are in the black box at the engine bay.
