Oil for Turbo's

I'm looking for a oil brand that works for Turbo cars. It should tolerate high temperatures and it has to be 10W-30.

Why? the lubricated holes of the Daewoo are too tiny. Here in PR they use oil 50 but I think it's too thick for the Daewoo engines.

Mobil 1 is 0 - 40W fully synthetic... i don't see why it won't be good for turboed engines.

I was thinking also on Mobil 1. Don't know if the W30 will tolerate the heat of the turbine. Remember that the oil pass thru the turbine to lubricate it and there is where it get hotter.

I'm thinking of making my car turbo and I need an oil that tolerate high temperature and won't loose it thickness.

use a 50/50 combo of 30 weight synthetic and an oil stabilizer (lucas brand in the states)... it will protect at high temp

as for the oil... use quaker state Q... it's a heat activated synthetic oil... good stuff...

My recommendation is for Texaco Havoline Synthetic. Don't let the hype fool you. Texaco makes the best line of automotive fluids on the planet. The have good prices and they work wonders. I used Havoline almost exclusively and when I opened my engine the other day, little or no wear. When I had the turbo on my car Shell Helix sunthetic (the guys at the shop that turbo'd the car put it in! GRRR!) caused a bit of smoking. Havoline didn't. And don't be bothered by 50 grade oil. It's my oil of choice and works beautifully. Our ambient temperatures in the Caribbean breaks that down in no time.
