me and Mmamdouh where talkin the other day and !!

there is an old opel vectra and astra that are rear wheel drives, and to some extent the chasi is alike to my daewoo racer
wishing to know if it is possible to convert it to reear wheel fdrive and how !! and would it be stable?!

and mostly WOULD IT NEED CHASI WORK since i know NOTHING about rear wheel drive!!

you would either have to mount the motor north south, or convert a 4wd tranny to rwd. you would also need to make space for the rear diff and you would need to make a trans tunnel. Its too much effort

i say its better to get a Vectra with that AWD system and pimp her out rather than trying to put that system into your car.

Chop the body off both cars and put the Racer body on the Vectra chasis! LOL

Wow that would be a lot of work....


Anything you try like that is going to be a lot of time, money and work.
But ... who knows? :)
