daewoo matiz 3 cyl camshaft bolt removal

hi, any body know how to remove the camshaft bolt ? engine is still in car, doest seem to be anywhere to grab the cam to stop it turning..

Here is what is advised in manual.
I really don't know where or how to fit what is viewed as a screwdriver :oops:
