Strange action

when i accelerate on the 2nd gear my hand brake light start to flash for about a sec

anyone know what is the problem ? or what is this related to ?

this means the braking fluid is low you need to fill it a bit... BUT before ya do it check for any leaks and check your front brakes... When the front brakes go low the fluid drops also

Yes, low brake fluid.
My old Hyundai Excel used to flash the brake light often when the fluid was low if I accellerated hard. I found one of the rear brake cyllinders was leaking, so I replaced it. After that, there was no more problem.
