found something under the seat of my lanos

hi, I was hoovering out my lanos the other day, when I noticed a big "mound" (for want of a better word) and I am just wondering if it is the ECU...if it is, then I have always wondered where it was, lol.

You are correct, that is the ECU, under a black plastic cover.

My ECU is actually not attached to the car right now and is only held in place by the wires that plug into it. The plastic mount & cover are on a shelf in my garage.

lol, you probably wouldn't be wrong with the french fry from McDonalds...the car hasn't been hoovered for god-knows-how-long, lol. thanks for the confirmation though!!!
