Musso Speed Sensor

hey every one

someone in my street has a daewoo Musso 2.9 d auto,
and his speedo started to display the wrong speed, eg when going 50 mph it would start flicking to 120 mph

he had a garage look at it and they say it the speed sensor or the drive in the gear box.

i don't think it the drive as we would have sure notice some was wrong there?

can any provide a link to a manual. and tell if there a speed sensor from a diffrent model that is combatible

it's a ssangyong with a mercedes diesel engine
it's not a daewoo, just marketed as one as ssangyong is even less known than daewoo... lol

find the merc diesel and you find replacement parts
