Oil in cyliders (2000 Lanos 1.6 dohc)

I believe it is the #3 and #4. #3 is particularly bad and didn't even seem to be firing. Does this sound like a pcv valve issue? Any ideas?

it sounds like bad piston rings
does it burn oil
is there smoke from tail pipe

or valve stem guides... but make sure first it is oil not gas from leaky injectors

Blown head gasket between 3 & 4.

Does the car make a knocking sound when you rev it up from idle? on idle no knock?

if oil is under sparking plus on 100% its a head gasket
