Nice find. I'm still debating back and forth whether to go this route or the C20LET, i just don't have enough Know how, or another car to drive as i rip it out, plus i have to find a tranny yet to add. So sad for me i'm probably going to have to hold off.

I have two USA 2.0L Nubira engines on hold and I will probably be coming down to pick them up inside the next month (if eveything goes as planned)

I'm having them shipped to Helena Montana so that it's nice and close for me ( 8 hour drive straight south )

At that point I want to do a T20SED (Nubira engine) turbo conversion.

As such I will be doing a point by point description with pictures of how to make a bad ass 2.0L Nubira Turbo.

My first stage converstion will be with the stock ECU (hacked to make it happy) and a T25 turbo from my C20GET.

If I destroy the block I will simply transplant the head and misc stuff over to my C20GET block and put it all back together again.

Some say that the Daewoo T20SED block isn't as strong as the C20GET block....it could be the quality of iron casting material but this is just a theory.

So those of you who like the C20GET and C20LET should keep a close watch on my T20SED turbo to see how well it turns out.

I'd like to see 300hp+ at the crank but It would be nice to make more.

They are both complete with everything needed...... wiring ECU alternator starter.... basicly ready to drop in.

Hey depending on my cash flow and timing, if it's going to put me up where GSi said my C20LET would be, i may be really really interested.
*edit*
You said 300hp, ... GSi said 280... i'm dumb.

280hp to 300hp is probably a good estimate.... and the 16V Nubira is very similar to the C20LET so they should make roughly the same horsepower.

You also have to remember that shipping the C20LET from europe or the UK might cost nearly as much as the engine itself.... it's pretty heavy and shipping internationally is not cheap.

Plus you will have to pay customs and duty upon entry to the USA.

I like the idea of having a C20LET as well but I figure I can have a T20SED for quite a bit cheaper.

There might also be issues with replacement parts as I'm not sure if the sensors are available here... it would suck having to import a $5 part from the UK.... with customs duty and shipping that $5 part might end up costing you $70 where as parts can be had for the T20SED at your local Chevrolet/Suzuki dealership (since the U20SED is basicly identical) or you can get used parts from a autowrecker.

This is my main reason for going with the T20SED.... plus everyone has one so it's possible to do group purchases of parts (if there are any Nubira guys interested in a turbo conversion)

Right Now things are going good, i talked a honda place into dropping their lanos sport, to like $3000. So, by xmas it'll be paid off. Let me know how this engine gets built, cuz i'll start gettting money, $1500 per semester. So these engines are my next priority. The Green Demon (LoL) is going into the garage until i can rip out the engine and such.
