Fuel Filter??? Help???

How do you change the fuel filter in a Leganza (2.2L d-tec)????? The bottom comes off fine, but the top will not budge. Is there a special way or tool required???

To my knowledge, you need a special type of fork that releases the fuel filter. The fork can be purchased at a auto parts store. From what I am told, if the piece that is connecting the fuel filter is broken, the entire line will need to be replaced.
