Synthetic Fluids Change

Post by BosnianLanos »

I'm in the process of changing all of the fluids in my engine to synthetic. I have already done my brakes, and I like the results. Everything seems easy, there is just one weird one.

How do I go about changing the power steering fluid in my car?

Is there some kind of drain plug on the power steering pump, and if so where is it...and where is the pump? lol Or am I have to go with the tried and true technique of siphoning out the old fluid putting some new one in, driving and repeating the process?

Also, I have looked far and wide for the drain plug on my radiator, to drain my antifreeze, but I can't seem to find it. Is there one? Also, I know most cars have a drain plug for coolant on the engine block, where is that one for the Daewoo, if there is one?

BTW: 1999 Lanos 1.6L Power steering...
