2000 lanos won't start.

Post by azazel19 »

Last week my lanos almost left me stranded. It took longer to turn over, usually one crank and were're off but this time it took almost a minute to start. I'm on my way work things are a little rough stopped at a light and she died. Got her cranked back up and pulled a u turn and she died again finally limped her home got my other car and went to work. The next day she doesn't even fire up. Pulled the plugs they all look the same getting spark at the wires not sure about the plugs hear the fuel pump engage not sure if its' working though.. Pleas help me with ideas I have a feeling it's the fuel pump but not totally sure. feel free to voice ideas.

Probably a fuel problem.

From cheap/easy to expensive/difficult look at:
-fuel pump relay (swap it).
-fuel filter.
-fuel pump.
-fuel pressure regulator.

was it running rough before?? or just a sudden thing? i would say just try replacing your spark plugs. thats the first thing i would try.
