HELP 1.6 LEMANS SPECS

:x Hey everyone i have a 1.6l 89 lemans. I need to know the torque for the valve cover lower and upper. The torque for the starter bolts and timing gear connected to cam. And how do you properly time a lemans also is there a belt tesioner for the timing belt and alternator thanks
Also any other info on this car wold be great

I have info.... but I'm leaving the country for week and a half so I won't be able to help you right away.
