are the valve cover gaskets for a 2004-2008 chevy aveo the same as 2000 lanos????? 1.6 dohc???? i cant fint a valve cover gasket at any of the auto parts stores near me? please respond quick...thank you

from what i remember JohnnyC had a problem. the aveo gasket is kinda shaped like a cross ( it has nubbs on both sides) where as the lanos gasket is shaped like a big T (only has a nub on one side) its suposed to work but they are a pain in the ass to get to seal from what ive seen. the new ones are "positive seal" style, but there is no groove in the head for the "positive seal". it might work but ive heard of problems
