I pushed it the other day when taking off my injectors to relieve the pressure... and nothing came out, so i wasn't sure after that if i was right about that being a pressure relief valve...

yep, also a pressure check valve (attach a gauge and run engine to see pressure)

and furthermore a vacuum valve to pull a vacuum on the fuel system to make sure the regulator is functioning right

Well that's awesome, I really need to thank you Kenny, i should've looked in the manual first but You had my back... Hopefully i can order one, maybe some o-rings for my fuel injectors too while i'm at it... the ones i have are mangled to hell from whoever worked on the fuel rail last...

I'm sure that these are the same, I'm going to get in touch with them and ask just in case... And if they don't know i'll buy one just for the hell of finding out and not having to wait as long... I'm pretty sure it will be though.

Alright i got my parts, installed them today, and my gas milage actually went down a little, is this because now that i actually have fuel pressure the car isn't used to it (as in the ECU needs to be reset), and dumps the same amount of gas in before it fires?

yes... the map is reading the fuel flow from the regulator... by spewing un-used fuel everywhere it thought you were using a lot of gas and so now you are running rich as crap
