i think the 2.0 intake wont fit 1.6 due to different type of intake manifold

check if the lanos intake fits

how would checking if the lanos fit if the lano also has a side inlet on the intake manifold....I wouldn't buy a WeaponR intake anyway because you could build you own for alot less using that Spectre Modular intake stuff...i used there silicone connectors in my CAI setup

the 1.6 DOHC in a nubira is the same as a 1.6 of a lanos (other than engine mounts setup) so if it works for a 1.6 lanos it will for your car.

2.0 is a very differnt setup and it won't fit the 1.6, K&N, Simota and arospeed are good filter brands.

it harder in the 1.6 nuby i think the 2 liter is similar, as theres a dirty great big engine mount in the road.
you've just got make sure nothing gets fowled, specially the pod, and make sure it's steady mounted.
i finally got one on mine, check out my member ride thread, pics latest updated.
doesn't hit anything works alright, better high end, not so goo low end, but has no exhuast.

So, do you think the Weapon-R kit for Lanos will work for my Nubira 1.6L ? Tough I don't know if this kit is CAI one or SRI ...

Regarding K&N - what exact filter (for a CAI setup) should I choose, what do you guys recommend for this particular engine (They have like 1000 models there ... not sure what to choose)

only problem will be clearing the engine mount if you go with SRI so don't go with a too big filter in that case.

I want to go with a CAI - that's for sure . Is that weapon-R a CAI or a SRI ?
