Its fully flexable aluminium sheeting, the stuff brick layers use in building brick fences, its fairly good stuff.
Its quite thick and holds the heat out well, I also put a folded piece of folded cloth between the two pieces of aluminium to help stop the heat transfer.

Still havent had the chance to take my wheel fender out, had a quick glance and it appears that it is on the right hand side.. Work is what lays between me and messing with the car :evil:

So I went up to Home Depot and bought some of those metal sheets they use for roofing and made a heat shield. Looks good and works!!
Locked
