moin,

open filter 5HP
chip 20HP
.
.
.
---------------------
150HP

what that? nothing. without a report from a test station (better two), your HP are only wish-HP and no facts. a 1.6 with chip and sportexhaust and sportintake....will never bring more than 30HP. man, came down to earth.

what are: -Blitz Intake kit and Ractive cat-back exhaust. any pictures?

And you need to come down [PERIOD]. First of all I said I'm guessing so you could count it as a "wish" HP. Second of all, you are forgetting the:
HEADERS (that will remove 1 catalytic converter)
EXHAUST (that has no resonator, straight through design muffler)
Short Ram Air Intake Kit (not just a filter!!)

moin,

first it looks good, but the filter take a lot of warm air. i drive something like that in my nexia. you have to make a cold air system. i build a collector in the bumper with a flexible pipe direct to the filter. than you have a effetive ram air intake! you have a ram air system only, if you drive and the air presses itself into the engine.

to remove a catalystic converter will not bring always power. to remove the catalystic converter in older VW cars, it will bring nearly 4-5HP, and that is on of the best results.at this i only want to show, in which regions we have calculate.
e.g. the XE. if you make the exhauste line to clean, it will cost power! that?s a fact!

with all your tuning you maybe have around 20HP. not more i think. go on a test station and look what you have. thats the only way to know how much the tuning brings.
