just experiment man...

if you want to do it right, don't do anything that can't be reversed until you decide what you're going to do

just a tip, if you take off any pipes AFTER the filter make sure you block them off, for obvious reasons

if you take the resonator off under the filter you should get increased noise at WOT

btw: there is no resonator box underneath my air filter. checked it out.

i think the dohc has one there, and the sohc has one in the top left corner of the engine bay.

well, a friend bought a new K&N air cleaner, to replace his brandless open air filter.

so, he gave me his old one, and I fitted it with no problems... just tried it, and it works and sounds awesome!








by the way, color suits the body!
